Then get ready to join us at the Jindalee State School P and C  Games and Trivia night on Saturday 11th May 2024

Event Details:

Theme: Come dressed as your favourite TV show character. 

This year we are fundraising for an Burrendah Road Outdoor Learning Area for the children. 

6pm: Doors open - check in, grab a drink, buy some raffle tickets, collect your pre-ordered Champagne and find your table... ready for a 7pm start.

6:30-6:50pm: Team registration open - Each table will be registered as one team.  8-10 people per table. 

 You will need to be registered by 6:50pm to be eligible to play.  

The tickets sold individually for $27.50 or option to buy table of 10 for $250.   

This year table decoration is back. Come between 2-4pm to decorate your table. There will be prizes for best decorated table. 

Team names are to be registered on the night with the host. You will need to be registered by 6:50pm to be eligible to play.

No BYO is permitted. This is a licensed event and all alcohol must be purchased from the bar. The bar will serve a variety of beer, wines and vodka/gin options for purchase on the night. Soft drinks and water will also be available.  

Pre Order your top champagnes - these will only be available via pre-order and can be collected from the bar throughout the night - we will keep them chilled for you until you collect them.

Remember to drink responsibly and please consider leaving your car at home!

This year we will have burgers and chips from Just Poppy's. Please pre-order from the menu.  

Other Important Info:

This is a cashless event - all transactions (bar/raffle/auction/games purchases) will be done via EFTPOS to avoid cash handling.

The Jindalee State School P&C Association works closely with the school’s administration team to raise funds, support school programs and manage services offered to the school community. The Jindalee State School P&C encourages responsible consumption of alcohol and recommends leaving your car at home or assigning a designated driver for transport.
